CEOs Without Borders is a global
non-profit enterprise that brings together businessmen and
businesswomen willing to use their leadership positions,
know-how and experience to foster the growth of businesses in
developing countries.
CEOs Without Borders, enacted in 2006 in
New York and Barcelona is
exclusively financed by the contributions of private
organizations and individuals.
Our
Vision:
-
Private sector
development has proven to be the most efficient and
effective mechanism to promote economic growth and alleviate
poverty by creating jobs and contributing to increase
income levels of the poor.
-
The
global business community can, and
should, play a leading role in promoting private
sector growth in developing countries.
-
The best approaches to
the cause of development and poverty alleviation are those
that rely upon market mechanisms and private sector
incentives, which lead themselves to replicability and
scalability.
